Orange Martini Cocktail

  • 11% Orange
  • 4% Orange Bitters
  • 56% Dry Gin (English or London Gin)
  • 14% French Vermouth (Dry)
  • 14% Orange Curaçao

Steep in the mixture the finely grated Rind of an Orange (carefully removing all the white pith). Let soak for 1 or 2 hours. Then add ice and shake. Rinse out the glasses with Orange Bitters before serving.

2/3 Part Dry Gin (English or London Gin)
1/6 Part French Vermouth (Dry)
1/6 Part Orange Curaçao
1 Whole Orange
1 Dash Orange Bitters
